Haztech has a great opportunity for full-time **Operations Coordinator** to join our team on a full time basis

As a member of our Haztech team, the Operations & Safety Coordinator is an integral part of the overall operations for Haztech in Canada. Reporting to the Operations Managers, this role requires a highly organized individual that has the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Operations & Safety Coordinator needs to effectively manage, and prioritize to ensure completion of tasks within expected timelines.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Professionally represent Haztech and provide exceptional service to all customers and clients
- Effectively manage and prioritize assigned tasks to ensure completion within expected timelines
- Support Operations in the field and office
- Keep the operations shop and equipment safe, clean, and organized
- Maintain the inventory of operations equipment, supplies and consumables, and place orders when necessary
- Prepare and stock vehicles and MTC’s for project mobilizations
- Prepare, stock, and issue supplies and equipment for project mobilizations
- Clean and organize vehicles, supplies and equipment when demobilizing a project
- Inventory of operations supplies and consumables
- Collaborate with Operations and Occupational Health teams to ensure fulfillment of all Inventory Request Forms submitted by various sites
- Assist in staffing all sites and ensure full-coverage and schedules are maintained
- Maintain and keep company fleet clean and presentable
- Track and maintain records of equipment, vehicles, and maintenance
- Complete annual inspections of fire extinguishers*
- Issue and keep track of stock of personal protective equipment
- Travel to Haztech clinics and operation sites as required
- Submit, review and close STRATA forms as required
- Work in the scope of Security, Rescue and PCP in the field when required*
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Ensure that the Haztech safety program, and all policies and procedures that are in place are being followed
- Investigate any internal company injuries*
- Assist and monitor company and employee safety certifications
- Monitor and administer company safety programs*
- Audit and address Operations and Safety forms in STRATA as well as close the forms out if no items to address
- Complete annual internal COR audits*
- Further operational support duties as required
