**About the Role**

Reporting to the Director, Systems and Processes, the IT Coordinator oversees internal IT operations by providing hands-on support, collaborating on onboarding/offboarding processes, and optimizing internal efficiencies regarding internal IT processes. The IT Coordinator will also be responsible for technical troubleshooting, managing vendor relationships, participating in IT initiatives, and overseeing server network cleanup, IT resource procurement, and maintaining inventory.

In this role, you will:

- Serve as the intermediary between the business and technical sides.
- Identify and communicate IT needs, make recommendations, and approve account changes.
- Coordinate and schedule changes with the IT support company.
- Managing escalated IT issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with the IT support company to enhance the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Technical troubleshooting of end-user systems, including printers.
- Conducting office infrastructure deployment tasks.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts.
- Participate in testing and implementation of any IT initiatives.
- Server network cleanup and maintenance.
- Manage distribution lists and Active Directory.
- Manage the purchase, deployment, and tracking of all IT equipment.
- Oversee inventory for efficient IT resource management.
- Create, maintain, and update software licenses, hardware distribution lists, and IT inventory.
- Other duties as required.


**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Strong foundation in various Microsoft technologies and tools such as, but not limited to; MS Office Suite, MS Windows Operating System, MS Azure, MS SharePoint, Power BI, MS Teams
- Ability to troubleshoot common issues related to Microsoft technologies
