The Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation is currently scouting for a creative, driven individual to join our Foundation team This is a great time to be part of the Rider family and be a part of an exciting season of events and community initiatives.

The Operations and Events Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Program Administration Associate to collaborate and assist in the delivery of day-to-day operations, events and community initiatives. This role will serve as a cross functional role, directly and indirectly supporting the Foundation and external stakeholders.

**Where will your talents be focused?**
- Administrative and front facing support for projects and community programs.
- Provide support to Major Fundraising Events such as the SaskTel Plaza of Honour.
- Assist with management of digital channels.
- Support the planning, development, and execution of community events/initiatives
- Data base input/Income tax receipting
- Marketing and communications assistance as needed
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
**What is needed to be successful?**
- Completion of a Business Administration, recreation and/or sports related degree/diploma.
- Understanding of digital and E-marketing
- Experience using MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) data base management and knowledge of adobe creative suite is an asset but not necessary
- Proven skills in managing multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail in a face paced work environment with shifting priorities
- Team first mentality, ready to assist and support all departments of the team when needed
- Passion and drive reflective in all work
- Prior experience in event and program coordination is a plus
- Solution focused mindset with a passion to seek out information and face challenges with a methodical approach.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours when needed, such as game days or outside of core hours during peak periods.
