**Position Title**: Administrative Assistant

**Position Type**:Full time

Your role at Prism will include:

- Answering phones and directing calls
- Organizing the office (Helping keep office tidy, including board room, kitchen, office cabinets)
- Organizing mail and couriers
- Data entry
- Organizing company events and lunches
- Greeting guests
- General filing of documents
- Miscellaneous tasks to assist Principal, President, COO, OM, PMs and PCs
- You are detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize
- You have strong data entry skills
- You are self-motivated, results driven, and prefer working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- You are happy and willing to do even the smallest task
- You enjoy answering phones, managing people and relationships, and have a positive attitude
- You have a post-secondary education in accounting, or other related education
- You have extensive experience with MS Office software
- You have 5 years relevant work experience, ideally in the construction field
- You possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- You have a “can do” attitude and the willingness to be part of a growing and changing company

IT expertise will be an important asset
