**Real Estate Executive Assistant /Client Care Coordinator**

The Sarah Cameron Homes Team is looking for a Client Care Coordinator who will be an integral part of our mission to provide top-tier service to clients in Ottawa.
About the Role:
The Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients and team members. You will oversee the implementation and management of systems that enhance efficiency, ensure accuracy, and promote smooth operations. You will act as the hub for communication, making sure every detail is accounted for and every task is executed with precision. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating memorable client events that reflect our commitment to client-first service and foster lasting relationships.
This position requires someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and possesses excellent problem-solving skills. You will be entrusted to deliver high-quality results with mínimal supervision, working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Compensation**:
$22 - $25 hourly

Client Care Excellence:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their journey, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
Systems Development Management:
- Build, implement, and maintain efficient systems and processes to support the team’s operations.
- Regularly assess and improve workflows to enhance productivity and quality.
Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and oversee follow-ups to ensure timely task completion.
- Maintain detailed and organized records, including client files, correspondence, and transaction documentation.
Team Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between team members, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Provide support during peak times to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Problem-Solving:
- Anticipate potential challenges and address them proactively to prevent disruptions.
- Handle complex situations with poise, ensuring positive outcomes for clients and the team.
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications & Skills:
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a client care, administrative, customer service or coordination role preferred.
- A background in real estate or a related industry is an asset but not required.
Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks with accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to client-first service.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
Technical Proficiency:
- Comfortable with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate tools (e.g., MLS) is an advantage.
