**Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with the preparation and organization of documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Manage and maintain electronic filing systems.
- Schedule appointments, showings, and meetings for the real estate team.

2. **Client Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist in coordinating communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders.

3. **Marketing Assistance**:

- Support the marketing efforts of the real estate team, including the creation of promotional materials and property listings.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to promote property listings.

4. **Transaction Coordination**:

- Work closely with the real estate team to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Coordinate and track all aspects of the real estate transaction process.
- Assist in preparing and processing necessary paperwork.

5. **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Generate reports and assist in analyzing data to support decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in real estate is mandatory
- Knowledge of OREA forms is mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
