Aramark needs you Our company provides food and catering services in various sectors (schools, offices, etc.). It's important for us to offer administrative support to our working teams, spread across different operational units, from our regional office in Lachine. To that end, we are looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant. This person must be committed, organized, independent, and thorough to provide essential support to our unit managers.

**Responsibilities**:
We will entrust you with, among other things, the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Respond to managers' requests and process required administrative queries
- Format various documents for different business lines (menus, price lists, etc.).
- Review and proofread various texts and documents in French (and occasionally in English).
- Print and assemble various documents (menus, labels, etc.).
- Organize lists and forms or create them.
- Manage postal shipments and mail.
- Handle stationery and various office supplies inventory and place orders.
- Update distribution lists and contact information.
- Ensure the management and archiving of various documents (sales, operations, marketing, etc.).
- Coordinate various service provider work orders for the regional office (electricity, plumbing, printers, etc.).
- Process permit and certification requests and keep them up to date.
- Perform any other required administrative tasks.
- Outstanding customer service and interact effectively with customers, employees, and the broader community

**Qualifications**:
About you:

- High School Diploma/GED required
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in a service-oriented company.
- Previous customer service experience required
- Proficiency in French, both oral and written, at a high level; good understanding of written English (for translating and correcting documents in English).
- Advanced knowledge of major Office suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective and professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage and process multiple files and requests simultaneously.
- Demonstrate precision and attention to detail, the ability to concentrate, independence, and a sense of responsibility.
- Shows initiative, follows established procedures and autonomy
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
