_C.I.F. Properties_ owns and manages over 500 apartments in the Greater Montreal area.

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team The role of the administrative assistant is to provide support to all the departments within our office. The assistant would be handling administrative tasks related to internal management in accordance with established processes (Legal, Accounting, Financing, Repairs, Rentals etc.)

Key requirements
- Previous experience in an office or administrative/property management role is preferred. Excellent French and English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of office equipment and basic troubleshooting - Experience with filing systems and record keeping procedures is favorable.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner and ability to work well as part of a team at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique Le rôle de l'assistante administrative est de fournir un soutien à tous les départements de notre bureau. L'assistant(e) s'occupera des tâches administratives reliées à la gestion interne selon les processus établis (Juridique, Comptabilité, Financement, Réparations, Locations, etc.

Exigences principales
- Une expérience préalable dans un bureau ou dans un rôle administratif/de gestion immobilière est préférable. Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé et écrit).
- Aptitude avérée à la communication orale et écrite.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à hiérarchiser les tâches de manière efficace - Connaissance des équipements de bureau et du dépannage de base - Une expérience des systèmes de classement et des procédures de tenue de registres est souhaitable.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles.
- Apprentissage rapide et capacité à travailler en équipe à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft.
