Calgary, Canada All Saints Lutheran Church Full time

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Welcome visitors and congregants to the office
- Support the Pastor & Church Board’s administrative requirement as needed
- Complete statistical reporting to the Synod Office
- Manage office supplies, church supplies, track inventory, and purchase as needed
- Attend monthly board meetings
- Oversee facility rentals.
- Supporting the ASLC bookkeeper as Contribution Secretary(familiarity with QuickBooks).
- Manage the maintenance of the building

Required Skills & Abilities:

- Able to manage a diverse workload and meet weekly deadlines
- Is a self-starter with a close eye for detail
- Committed to All Saints mission
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, QuickBooks

We are willing to train anyone with basic secretarial skills in the use of QuickBooks and the statistical reporting as they are specific to the role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $22.50 per hour
