**What your day to day will look like**:

- **Creating Training Materials;** develop training and presentation materials to support staff development using available tools to create engaging and effective training materials.
- ** Administration; **Update training program documents by revising training programs, drafting, and revising communications, and filing.
- ** Training Maintenance;** Update learning mgmt. software on an on going basis. Support users helping to troubleshoot any technical issues, and update content as required assisting in testing new processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Must have 1-3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory
- Must be tech savvy with the ability to easily troubleshoot technical issues and learn new programs quickly
- Must be comfortable presenting information to large groups
- Excellent communicator with strong organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information and prioritize multiple projects at once
