Medical Office Receptionist
Southwest Family Health Centre is a busy medical clinic in downtown Hamilton with five family doctors, looking for an administrative professional to join our clinic. Medical office experience and post secondary school education is required. We are looking for someone with:
- A professional and friendly demeanour.
- A proven collaborator.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with computers and current standards of electronic management of information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Works well under stressful situations.
- Familiar with clerical duties such as faxing, copying, scanning, referrals, and filing.
- Knowledge of TELUS PSS EMR required.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
Covid vaccination status must be UTD. All staff must wear a mask when in clinic when patient facing.
Work Location: In person
