Tasu specializes in providing complete modular solutions for affordable housing, remote workforces, and Indigenous communities. Backed by our years of experience, we handle every aspect of project design, coordination, construction, and installation in remote and urban locations.

This person is an essential part of the project team and should be a self-directed, highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills. The Company oversees several construction projects at any given time with our core focus being modular construction and workforce accommodation industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent, promote, and develop strategic relationships for Company with clients, governmental and regulatory decision makers
- Speak with new clients, using knowledge of the company’s business, past projects and methodology to respond to their project and questions.
- Create and communicate preliminary budgets and proposals, understanding the client needs and key project constraints.
- Scope incoming opportunities and summarize key project information for internal review.
- Lead project handover meetings for awarded projects.
- Follow up on all quotations and proposals sent within a specified time frame.
- Lead the marketing department to develop effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services
- Successfully collaborate with operations and marketing to build execution plans to deliver on strategy.
- Keep informed of market trends and regulatory changes to allow company to properly respond to economic, technological, and industry changes.
- Be continuously engaged in the development and enhancement of the selling process by identifying opportunities, understanding buyer motivation, identifying competitive strengths/weaknesses, dealing with buyer objections.
- Work closely with the Indigenous Relations team to ensure inclusion of Indigenous groups in developing business capture strategies.
- Enter and maintain accurate sales information within CRM Software to support the sales funnel for new business.

**Knowledge and **Qualifications**:

- University degree in commerce, business administration, engineering or related field is an asset.
- Required 3 years + experience in sales and/or business development
- Technical sales experience or related industry knowledge and background.
- A proven track record acquiring new customers or participating strongly in the profitable growth of a territory.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with the ability to get multiple tasks done including balancing existing customer demands with growth goals
- Positive attitude with the ability to connect and communicate with a diverse range of client contacts.
- Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, decision making and time management skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be flexible to travel.

**Salary, Benefits and Employment Conditions**:

- $80,000 - $110,000 depending on skills, education, and experience
- Commission plan to be provided
- Extended health benefits after completion of probationary period
- 3 weeks annual vacation
- Full time 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
- Work in-office at Squamish Head Office, remote work option to be negotiated
