Aldergrove Truck and Crane is hiring another individual to join our growing team Aldergrove Truck and Crane is a small, family owned company based out of the Aldergrove/Langley area of British Columbia.

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to assist our Operations team with day to day bookkeeping needs.

Reliable

Punctual

Have Strong Organizational Skills

Independent & Self Motivated

Previous experience in a similar role

Previous experience in the Trucking/Transport/Repair Shop industry preferred

Strong typing skills and proficiency in Google Drive

Knowledge of office procedures and equipment

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to proofread documents for accuracy

**Day to Day Job Tasks Include**:
Organizing and inputting receipts/invoices and other paperwork and financial statements

Creating and assigning Work Orders and Purchase Orders

Preparing reports and statements for the Operations Team

Calculating cheques and payroll

Processing A/P, A/R entries

Reconciling bank statements and monthly financial statements

Answering phone and directing phone calls as needed

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

- Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
