We are 2 small Companies in the same building and are looking for a reliable Office Assistant.

Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (days are Flexible)

The position will consist of the following:
Answering Phone Calls

Using Quickbooks to Create Invoices, Enter Payables & Receivables

Working with the Bookeeper & Accountant

Organizing and Filing

Occasionally providing service to walk in customers

**Requirements**:
Must have excellent computer and typing skills

Must be proficcient in Microsoft Office especially Excel - Spread Sheets & Word

Must have experience using Quickbooks.

Organized

Ability to help keep the place clean & tidy

Knowledge of Ceridian Powerpay would be great, but isn't necessary.

Seasonal for 5 months, Potentially continuing as business demands. University Students are welcome to apply, we can work around class schedules.

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule:

- 6- 8 hour shift 5 days a week, start & finish time are flexible

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
- Bookeeping (preferred)
- office training

**Very Important**

This position is in a small warehouse. You must be compfortable sitting at a desk with a door open to the outside when the weather is nice, potentially an ice cream truck behind you and the hum of a pop cooler. It's a casual environment, Jeans, yoga pants, runners all fine. It gets warm in the summer during the day, so if need be we are flexible on the hours. early morning, later in the evening, no problem, whatever works.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
