**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Onboarding Coordination**:Help coordinate new employee orientations, prepare onboarding materials, and ensure all paperwork is completed for new hires.
- **HR Administration**:Support the management of employee records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date, and assist with filing and other general HR administrative tasks.
- **Employee Engagement**:Help plan and execute employee events and engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- **Employee Relations**:Provide assistance with employee inquiries and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- **HR Digitalization**:Participate in the digitalization of HR processes, including the creation of an HR database and streamlining processes.
- Perform other duties assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
- A positive and proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Excellent communication skills in French and English

**Responsabilités principales**:
- **Coordination de l'intégration **:Aider à coordonner les séances d'orientation pour les nouveaux employés, préparer les documents d'intégration et s'assurer que toutes les formalités administratives sont complétées pour les nouvelles embauches.
- **Administration RH : S**outenir la gestion des dossiers des employés, en veillant à ce que tous les documents soient à jour, et aider à l'archivage et aux autres tâches administratives générales en RH.
- **Engagement des employés **:Aider à planifier et à organiser des événements et des activités pour les employés afin de favoriser un environnement de travail positif.
- **Relations avec les employés **:Fournir une assistance pour les demandes des employés et contribuer à maintenir une culture de travail positive.
- **Digitalisation des RH **:Participer à la digitalisation des processus RH, y compris la création d'une base de données RH et l'optimisation des processus.
- **Autres tâches assignées**
**Qualifications**:
- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
