**Position Summary**

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the HR Generalist with daily HR tasks and playing a key role in our recruitment and onboarding processes. This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the HR Generalist with daily HR tasks.
- Ensure job descriptions and job announcements are correctly translated into English/French.
- Assist with drafting employee letters.
- Communicate and follow up with employees on various ongoing HR matters as requested by HR Generalist.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service to employees.
- Strong organizational skills, and attentions two detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient PC user; knowledge of HRIS is preferred.
- Time efficient and driven to provide quality employee service.
- Interest in general HR management
- Bilingualism (English is required to communicate with employees outside Quebec)

**Résumé du poste**

En tant que stagiaire RH, vous serez responsable d’assister le généraliste RH dans les tâches quotidiennes liées aux ressources humaines et de jouer un rôle clé dans nos processus de recrutement et d’intégration5. Il s’agit d’un contrat à durée déterminée de 6 mois avec possibilité de prolongation.

**Responsabilités**

Assister le généraliste RH dans les tâches quotidiennes liées aux ressources humaines.
Veiller à ce que les descriptions de poste et les annonces de recrutement soient correctement traduites en anglais/français.
Créer des courriels et des cartes de bienvenue pour les employés, etc. et effectuer d’autres tâches liées aux ressources humaines à la demande.
Aider à la rédaction de lettres destinées aux employés.
Communiquer et faire le suivi avec les employés sur diverses questions liées aux ressources humaines à la demande du généraliste RH.

**Exigences**

Être actuellement inscrit à un diplôme en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe8.
Excellentes compétences en communication, écrite et verbale, avec un accent sur la fourniture d’un service client exceptionnel aux employés.
Solides compétences organisationnelles et attention aux détails.
Capacité à traiter les informations confidentielles avec discrétion.
Utilisateur PC compétent ; connaissance d’un SIRH est préférable.
Efficace et motivé à fournir un service de qualité aux employés.
Intérêt pour la gestion générale des ressources humaines
