JD Smith is currently recruiting for an entry-level **Human Resources Administrator **to provide administrative support to our recruitment cycle. While the focus will be on recruiting, this junior HR position is a great learning opportunity as it will expose the incumbent to other aspects of HR.

**NOTE: Applicants must complete the assessment (which will be sent after you apply) to be considered for this opportunity.**

**Responsibilities**
- Onboarding Support - assemble New Hire packages, enter information into HRIS
- Training Administration - assigning online training for new hires
- Assist in administering the annual Employee Recognition program
- Assist in coordinating the adult and children’s Christmas parties
- Prepare employment confirmation letters as required
- Ensure great service and timely responses to employee enquiries by being available and accessible to all employees

**Qualifications**
- Strong integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information
- Professionalism and diplomacy with all levels of the organization
- Highly motivated self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

Pay: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
