**About the Position**

The Website and Marketing Coordinator optimizes all user-facing aspects of the website, including appearance, content, navigation and the use of media to ensure an up-to-date reflection of our merchandise, brand and marketing campaigns. The role is responsible for creating all in-store signage, print, and digital display ads upon request. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Website and Marketing Coordinator regularly communicates with the Marketing, Sales and Buying teams as well as 3rd parties to support marketing campaigns and to provide data-driven analysis for feedback on the effectiveness of campaigns. This role works in a hybrid model of remote work with occasional on-site visits.

**About You**

You are familiar with web administration tools (Content Management Systems) and are motivated to create the best user experience by reflecting products in a visually pleasing, informative and accessible way. You have a passion for design and an appreciation for home décor. You have graphic design experience, understand communication best practices for retail, and have experience with digital advertising. You are hands-on, solution driven and willing to take on anything from small tasks to large projects. You are highly collaborative, strong with communication, and work with all parts of the company and external teams with ease.

**Your primary responsibilities will be**:

- Website content management, including the creation of product pages and landing pages to ensure that media, product specifications, and pricing are accurately reflected and that landing pages are consistent with current promotions
- Creating and maintaining user-friendly online product catalogues to optimize website navigation
- Regularly co-ordinates with the website support team to provide briefs on graphic requests, troubleshoot website performance,
- Brief, review and copy-edit digital marketing content and campaigns for consistency with in-store promotions, including the review of paid digital ads and company newsletters
- Producing high-quality creative that represents the brand according to style and brand guidelines and maintains a seamless and consistent brand presence.
- Developing clear, compelling, and effective design content for online and offline channels (web / digital / social media/newsletters and print / in-store signage)
- Developing and maintaining templates/materials that can be used across teams.
- Supporting campaign development and content creation and assisting with marketing communication requests, evaluating and determining project scope and requirements to ensure timely execution from briefing and planning to reporting and providing administrative support.
- Compiling marketing information packages for internal distribution to Sales teams to reflect current and upcoming campaigns
- Co-ordinates with 3rd party manufacturer databases as well as on-site team members to source content required to support all campaigns and product pages.
- Support all projects as business requires, including website enhancements, brand guideline implementation, and new tool adoption

**Your Education, Skills, and Experience**:

- Diploma, certification or other qualification from a recognized university or college in marketing, communications, PR, graphic design, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Online graphic software (Canva)
- Website content management systems
