Job description
- As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for crafting creative campaigns and daily posts to generate leads on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and all other necessary social media platforms to help expand our Team brand.
- You will also be responsible for helping with implementing different marketing ideas, events, managing print advertising, scripts and in-house video marketing, and reaching out to our client database with newsletters.

Responsibilities for Marketing Coordinator:

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and generates lead growth.
- Develop innovative forward-thinking marketing strategies & campaigns consistently
- Write scripts and assist with in-house team branding videography to post on social media & in our monthly newsletters
- Keep track of marketing expenses to stay on budget
- Be a graphic design pro You can execute flyers, postcards, social media posts, etc...with ease and professionalism
- Stay informed about marketing trends and monitoring industry changes that help maintain the brokerage's competitiveness
- Help individual staff with their own personal marketing, advertising, and social media
- Assist with events, as required.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

- A great track record with print and online marketing, social media management, design.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Adobe programs and Canva
- Must have experience in social media management and growing a following. Also executing strong lead generation campaigns.
- Working knowledge of running and managing online ad campaigns
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Tech-savvy
- 1 or more years of experience in Marketing required
- Team player

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
