**JOB SUMMARY**

As the Healthcare Account Supervisor, you will be working with our pharmaceutical clients on the mid level to large scale projects, communicating with them daily, while leading the management of agency resources, and ensuring our work is on time, on budget, and delivered to the Elite standard. In this position, you will become the main point person for your clients, and assist the Account Director in day to day client management, as well as business development activities.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communicate daily with the clients, gathering assets, and updating them on the status of their projects *
- Work with a junior team of Account Executives to help oversee their accounts *
- Alongside Account Director, develop strategic guidance when it comes to client projects, assisting on marketing and creative strategy *
- Collaborate with Account Director to develop expert understanding of pharmaceutical industry’s regulatory environment, including but not limited to PAAB & AdStandards, as well as internal Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approvals (VEEVA or ZINC) *
- Communicate with the internal team to make sure that the project is moving through the workflow process *
- With the direction of the Account Director, develop strategic briefings for the internal teams to determine the scope of work of mid level to large scale projects *
- Assist Account Director to perform competitive environment analysis for clients as necessary *
- Work with Account Director to develop new business from existing clients when opportunities are presented and optimizing strategies *
- Act as the final gatekeeper on pieces, doing a thorough quality check before they are sent out to the client *
- Develop budgets, quotes and champion project cost estimations by working with internal teams, gaining client approval, and ensuring Elite stays profitable *

**EDUCATION AND TRAINING**
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Communications, Business or Science *

**EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL SKILLS and KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a healthcare marketing agency *
- Working experience with PAAB & AdStandards submissions *
- Must have intermediate understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical industry’s regulatory environment, including but not limited to PAAB & AdStandards, as well as internal Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approvals (VEEVA or ZINC) *
- Previous experience with regulatory submission databases [VEEVA/ZINC] *
- Must have prior experience working in a client facing role *
- A genuine passion for the pharmaceutical industry in Canada *
- Experience in working with digital/social media *
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm in high-stress situations *
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills *
- Previous experience creating and delivering presentations to key stakeholders *
- Ability to write internal briefings for internal cross-functional teams *
- Strategic thinker with exposure of mid level projects *
- Exemplary organizational skills with a keen eye for detail *
- Excellent time management skills *
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team *
- Keen ability to learn new technologies *
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, etc. *
- Familiarity with GotoMeeting, Skype for Business, WebEx, and/or other conference meeting tools
- Knowledge of project management tools such as but not limited to Asana, Harvest, Slack *
