Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor is a key role within Paladin Security, responsible for overseeing the activities and job performance of Security Officers assigned to various healthcare facilities. This position requires strong leadership, direction, and coaching skills to ensure the highest level of security services is provided to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Direction: Provide guidance and oversight to Security Officers, ensuring they adhere to all security policies and procedures.
  • Shift Management: Plan and implement shift work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and staffing levels.
  • Training and Development: Ensure all Security Officers receive mandatory training and are equipped to handle various security situations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least two years' experience in a healthcare security role, with a minimum of one year in a team lead position.

  • Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated punctuality and reliability, and tact and diplomacy.
  • Certifications: International Association of Healthcare Security Services (IAHSS) certificate.
