Make an impact with our Regional Human Capital team as an Assistant. As a trusted advisor, you’ll implement and support strategies, programs and processes that attract, develop, train and retain our firm’s talent.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support in managing Human Capital activities: Including the total compensation program, recruitment, and performance management.
- Participate in recruitment processes: Draft job offers, check references, and maintain the database using the tracking system.
- Coordinate and deploy onboarding activities: For new members.
- Manage updates on member data: And occasional changes in our UKG management system.
- Handle payroll requests: Special payments, unpaid leave, hourly members, etc.
- Produce reports and statistics: Using our UKG management system.
- Complete National follow-up requests: Quarterly.
- Coordinate exit interviews and terminations.
- Weekly follow-up on timesheets: For members.
- Prepare, review, translate, and modify templates: Employment confirmation letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and other general correspondence.
- Willingness to travel: As needed.
**Skills and Experience**
- DEC or BAC in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
- 1 to 2 years in Human Resources, an asset.
- Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
