**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Invoice processing
- General office administration
- Prepare reports
- Front office and reception
- Support various office positions as needed
**Position Requirements**
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Entry level accounting
- Strong office management/administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding ability to learn quickly, execute swiftly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and engaged, able to work flexibly individually as well as in a team environment
