**Who You Are**

CannMart Inc is looking for a talented Manager, Planning/. Sr. MASTER PLANNER reporting directly into the Director, Supply Chain and Facilities to oversee and lead our planning team and supply chain network.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Detailed understanding and knowledge and control of S&OP process
- Ownership of demand planning
- Work closely with various departments such as manufacturing/production, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance, for in-house product and supplier consignments to coordinate product releases.
- Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the inventory planning and supply chain across the CannMart supply chain network.
- Provide the detailed list of material for new products or changes to the current products to get reflected on the BOM
- Ability to balance the occasional conflicting goals of inventory targets, target customer service levels, forecast accuracy, and safety stock requirements for the allocated portfolio of SKUs for which he or she is assigned.
- Responsible for developing the supply plan to reduce out of stocks across the supply chain network and to increase service levels while minimizing purchasing costs and obsolescence.
- Proactively utilize MRP/ERP systems and other tools to review inventory projections & supply-demand summaries to prevent potential shortages or excessive inventory and demurrage.
- Conduct root cause analysis utilizing the 5 whys or 6M techniques for supply chain issues/variances and define CAPA plans to avoid recurrence.
- Review out-of-stock situations or shortage of supply issues, perform a deep dive investigation, producing lessons learned and recommend mitigations actions.
- Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize aged inventory and eventual write-offs
- Creates and understands rough-cut capacity plan (RCCP)
- Provide support on the detailed planning and scheduling functions
- Experience and understanding of working in a GPP/GMP environment is critical
- Other duties as may be assigned

**Education and Experience**
- Degree/Certification in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor’s may be preferred or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Very strong analytical skills, and detailed oriented
- Greater than 3 year’s experience in a Supply Planning role for a Cannabis, CPG or Pharma company.
- Expert level of working knowledge of Microsoft
- Experience with MRP and/or ERP systems
