**YOUR ROLE**:
- Responsible for the growth and development of the Salon business for Hair Professional brands in an assigned group of accounts.
- Adheres with the overall Hair Professional brand strategies for purposeful growth.
- Maintains relationships with accounts by actively calling them regularly as agreed on with manager.
- Achieve monthly sales plan, including sales goals and quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Management of existing and new salon customers via telephone
- Information & Sell-in of Product, Promotions, and Education
- Work-with Field Sales Consultants on transitioning accounts to and from Inside sales based on Key metrics.
- Sell Education events: shows and hands-on cutting, colouring, and styling classes.
- To actively prospect for new business as agreed upon with Sales Manager
- To sell products & services according to commercial conditions and considering each brand positioning
- To attend and support all related customer needs to assure successful development of all brands.
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Bilingual - French & English
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in relevant technologies, outlook, etc.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in inside sales ideally in consumer goods.
- Call center experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem solving and organizational ability.
- Team player.
