We are looking for an ambitious Winnipeg-based Sales Executive who wants to make a difference and contribute to helping our clients to develop talented, resilient, confident, and successful leaders who deliver big wins.

**Your Role**

You will be responsible for finding and regularly closing 5-6 figure sales opportunities across North America toward growing our client base.

Specific job role duties include∙
- Finding & securing new clients.
- Deepening relationships with existing clients.
- Managing RFP submission opportunities.

**Your Qualifications**
- ∙Minimum of 5 years of proven business-to-business sales overachievement versus quota _in the professional services space_.
- A proven track record in leveraging online customer acquisition techniques for sourcing new sales leads and prospects.
- Passionate about leadership development and the importance of organizations developing and supporting emotionally intelligent leaders.
- Curious to figure out how Padraig could help clients succeed.
- People-focused mindset, backed-up with some quantitative and analytic abilities.
- Outgoing, with excellent diplomacy and communication skills.
- Competitive to achieve your personal best while committed to teamwork and shared wins.
- Have the right balance of creativity and analytics with the ability to close professional service sales opportunities.

**Your Comp Plan**

At Padraig we both value and generously reward sales excellence. Our compensation plan is a combination of base salary plus an uncapped commission program. We also provide our team members with a very competitive benefits package.
