**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Fundraising Responsibilities**:

- All administrative duties related to travel, trade show booking, coordination and attendance, as well as all required show follow-up.
- _**Up to 30% international travel required.**_
- Coordinate all product samples from Production.
- Develop and execute all training materials and presentations for prospective and existing fundraising captains.
- Prepare and present feedback reports after events.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information.
- Effectively and professionally represent Company interests when dealing with customers and the community.
- Other duties as assigned.

**B2B Sales**:

- Brainstorm, present and execute innovative ideas that will enable the company to land new accounts.
- Execute outbound sales campaigns including but not limited to creating lead lists and contacting inactive customers.
- B2B prospecting and securing B2B sales, with both warm and cold audience
- Collaborate on sales tactics and development of all required support materials, through to completed material delivery.
- Secure new business through bulk and custom orders.
- Build and nurture relationships with special order clients.
- Other duties as assigned

**Education and Experience**:

- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people
- Persuasive and goal-orientated
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication skills in-person, electronically and verbally are required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Time management, organizational, and follow up skills
