**What You Will Do-**
- Proactively collaborate with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
- Responsible for Sales Representatives calls regarding implants, instrumentation, disposable, and capital demonstration equipment required for surgeries and evaluations
- Responsible for the accurate input of all surgical and trial equipment requests into the ERP, ensuring each surgery and trial request arrive accurately with no negative impact to surgery
- Research, analyze, and make an independent decision on best pathway(s) to move forward on a request
- Coordinate assets to cover requests with loaner and capital demonstration equipment for surgery, demonstration purposes, trials, and evaluations
- Responsible for the sales trials and short-term consignment schedule, communicate shipment details daily to DC and Kitting Teams
- Responsible for the accurate maintenance of short-term inventory in-field, including the retrieval, invoicing, and movement of inventory to long term consignment

**What You Need-**
- Bachelor Degree -required
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role in the medical field “preferred”
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience, and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
- Superior time management skills, ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple functions while meeting daily deadlines and ensuring a high level of focus on detail and accuracy “preferred”
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills “preferred”
- Ability to work independently in fast paced environment -required
- Experience with Oracle is an “preferred”
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel “preferred”
