**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and target potential clients through market analysis and research.
- Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on progress using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Strong account management skills with the ability to analyze market trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is necessary for travel to client locations.
