**1.** **Ressources humaines**:
- Avoir un rôle RH opérationnel
- Assister les gestionnaires dans la gestion quotidienne des ressources humaines.
- Agir à titre de coach auprès des diverses succursales concernant la gestion des ressources humaines, les politiques et les procédures.
- Supporter les gestionnaires dans leur divers besoins RH.
- Collaborer à l’élaboration, à la mise en place et au suivi de divers projets, documents, outils de travail et programmes en matière de gestion des ressources humaines.
- Participer aux divers projets du département RH (formation, plan de carrière, plan de rémunération, activités sociales, etc.).
**2.** **Santé et sécurité**:
- Supporter les activités de conformité des succursales avec les différentes normes et standards en effectuant des inspections et en établissant des plans d’actions et des échéanciers.
- Participer aux processus d’enquêtes d’accidents, supporter les équipes dans l’identification des causes fondamentales et la mise en place d’actions correctives.
- Développer et planifier les formations en matière de SST.
- Gestion administrative des dossiers d’accidents SST (WSIB, CNESST, WCB) en collaboration avec les gestionnaires et la mutuelle de prévention.
- Faire parvenir des communications mensuelles aux gestionnaires pour les rencontres SST.
**3.** **Acquisition de talents et Marketing RH (interne et externe)**:
- Participer à l’identification et l’analyse des besoins en ressources humaines et aux stratégies d’attraction, de rétention et de renouvellement de la main-d’œuvre.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des activités dans les domaines de l’image de marque du recrutement, des stratégies d’attraction, des méthodologies de recrutement et de sélection et améliore les plateformes sociales de recrutement (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Mettre à jour et actualiser le programme d’accueil et d’intégration des employés.
- Effectuer le processus complet de recrutement pour les postes techniques et administratifs (entrevues, vérifications, offre, etc.).
**4.** **Support à la paie et rémunération**:
- Agir en tant qu’intermédiaire entre les ressources humaines et la paie.
- Collaboration au niveau de la gestion administrative et répondre aux questions d’employés en lien avec les avantages sociaux.
- Entrée de données et mises à jour dans le système Dayforce.
- Création de dossiers d’employés/paie en garantissant la confidentialité des informations.
**Exigences**:
- BAC en gestion des ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou administration des affaires profil GRH
- Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en tant que généraliste RH (dotation, SST, rémunération, etc.)
- Bilingue (anglais et français, parlé et écrit)
- Connaissance des lois et des normes en matière de travail et de SST
- Connaissance de la suite Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Connaissance de la plateforme Dayforce (atout)
- Membre CRHA (atout)
