**THE ROLE**:
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in driving the recruitment process for our global teams across North America, with a focus on Canada. Your primary objective will be to attract and retain top talent by developing and executing effective recruitment strategies tailored to the job market. You'll be instrumental in identifying and securing the right talent to meet the organization's needs for our teams such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate and many more
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, providing information and support during the onboarding process.
- Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand through various channels, highlighting the organization's culture, values, and opportunities for professional growth.
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:
We want you to join our team Here's what we're looking for:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent experience.
**Experience**:
- 3 to 5 of experience in talent acquisition; particularly in professional and management roles with a high volume of positions.
- Previous experience in a multi-location or national setting, with a demonstrated track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
**Knowledge and skills**:
- Experience working with an ATS, CRM, and strong knowledge of technology (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities, evolving business needs, and fluctuations in the talent market landscape.
- Adaptable and are always looking for new, innovative ways to work and leverage new technologies
**Language skills**
- Bilingualism required (French and English), both written and spoken, as the person will be called upon to serve English-speaking regions.
