**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR, COLLINGWOOD, ON**

**12-month contract**

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to assist with the processing of vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner. The role is a hybrid role located at our Head Office in Collingwood, ON, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Data entry of vendor invoices
- Three way match, PO process
- Interacting with vendors to facilitate timely payment of invoices
- Liaise with property administrators and managers for invoice authorization
- Verification of coding and proper tax treatment
- Sort and match invoices and cheques
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Other duties as assigned
- Excel Data entry

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and multi-task with competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated computer software proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic to intermediate Excel skills, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams knowledge would be an asset
- Experience with Workplace, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or another similar ERP system an asset
- Experience with Esker is also an advantage
