**We are currently looking for a Sales & Operations Administrator** to join our **growing** team at Today's Clinical Lab. As part of the Lab Products Group and the Today’s Clinical Lab team, the Sales & Operations Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting sales / administration efforts for the group. The Sales and Operations Administrator will also be responsible for analyzing current campaigns in order to propose changes and improvements when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support, build and schedule eNewsletter & eMail campaigns
- Set up & monitor delivery / scheduling of website display advertising
- Generate monthly and as-needed reports for campaigns / placements and review/deliver to account manager/customer
- Assist with any issues relating to newsletters, custom eblasts, banners, surveys, etc.
- Cross train and act as coverage for other LPG brands as required
- Provide eMarketing support for digital events
- Coordinate with internal sales and external customers when needed for scheduling and trafficking of all placements for print and digital campaigns

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience in a sales support role, advertising and marketing, or something similar
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of web HTML, web content systems, and online media is also beneficial
- Strong communication skills (strong communicator, well written)
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously
- Creative problem solver
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
- Communicate well with a remote team
- Manage projects in a changing and deadline-driven environment
