**As part of the Clinical Lab Manager team, the Coordinator of Sales Operations** will play a pivotal role in supporting all sales and administration efforts for the group. The Coordinator of Sales Operations will also be responsible for analyzing current campaigns in order to propose changes and improvements when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects of sales support for the group
- Initiate and process all client orders
- Follow up on and collect required materials from advertisers
- Ensure all elements of the sales orders are delivered on-time
- Coordinating with internal sales and external customers the scheduling and trafficking of all placements for print and digital campaigns
- Support, build, and schedule eNewsletter campaigns
- Support pay-per-lead campaigns by building landing pages
- Review the performance of campaigns or programs and look to optimize performance when and where possible
- Generate reports for ad placements and review/deliver to account manager/customer
Coordinate, schedule, and support online events such as webinars
- Assist with any issues relating to newsletters, custom eblasts, banners, surveys, etc.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (strong communicator, well written)
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Creative problem solverAttention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
- Communicate well with a remote team
- Manage projects in a changing and deadline-driven environment

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years experience in a sales support role
- Knowledge of basic web HTML, web content systems, and online media is also beneficial
Working in a client-facing role
- Experience with HubSpot or any online marketing tools an asset, but training will be provided
Graphic design/art, video, and/or illustrationWorking with a remote team
