Job Duties:
- Overseeing company operations, projects timelines, business developments, and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive
- Working with the CEO to set and drive the organizational vision and mission, corporate strategy, and hiring needs
- Measuring and analyzing current revenue strategy
- Developing actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short-and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO
- Strategically managing, organizing and coordinating employees from different departments and locations to ensure efficiency
- Building and maintaining relationships with other professionals and organizations in the industry
- Continuously improve activities and driving results in safety, quality, service and productivity
- Production planning, scheduling, engineering, maintenance, and project management
- Implement systematic approaches to delivering and sustaining results
- Responsible for General Management activities including, project development, construction, maintenance, operations, safety, sales, property development, mentoring, achieving KPI’s and any other duties that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Individual Goals:
- Reducing labour cost as a percentage of sales revenue;
- Increasing EBITDA as a percentage of sales revenue;
- Year over Year EBITDA appreciation;
- Increasing Inventory Turnover;
- Reducing Safety incidents, accidents and lost time accidents;
- Improvement in customer satisfaction;
- Goals and targets which may be assigned from time to time
