**DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a administrator to work within Homestead's Human Resources department. You will be working in close collaboration with our HR professionals. You will be conducting a wide variety of administrative responsibilities that make the HR Department operate and communicate effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide diversified administrative support to our HR team in a fast-paced office environment
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Preparation of various letters, reports, spreadsheets and presentations
- Schedule meetings
- Carry out special projects
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Strong work ethic
- Professional articulate manner
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up
- Efficient time manager with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of technical competence using computers, including Microsoft Office - Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and internet usage

A satisfactory reference check, criminal records clearance, and proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 are required for the position, though the Company will provide any accommodation required by law.
