Job Description: Administrative Assistant

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Act as a personal assistant to the manager by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, and organizing documents
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary

**Skills**:

- Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic using Universal Scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$22.00 per hour
