**Your Role in Our Journey**

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Facility Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our production facility, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will handle facility maintenance, safety compliance, and support the production team to maintain a high-quality environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance, minor repairs, and emergency repairs for facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all local and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations, including conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
- Develop, enforce, and update safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in planning and executing facility improvements, upgrades, and renovations to support production needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage the facility budget by tracking expenses, approving purchases, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with external vendors for services such as cleaning, waste management, and equipment repairs, ensuring service quality and adherence to contracts.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve facility-related issues and ensure the facility supports production goals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventories, and facility expenses.
- Assist in the development and execution of emergency response plans and ensure the facility is prepared for unforeseen events.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in facility management or a related role, preferably in a production or food environment.
- Basic knowledge of facility systems and maintenance practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
- Experience working with contractors.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This may change depending on operational requirements.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000.
