Calgary, Canada Territorial Fuel Sales Full time

Under general supervision of the General Service Manager, this position is responsible for the management and support of Territorial Fuel Sales and Asset /Facility Management of Hangar Co. Both, operate throughout Northern and Western Canada, based at Springbank Airport AB.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Operations Coordinator (TFS)**

1. Responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities based upon established standards, government regulations and time frames.

2. Ensures adherence to policies and procedures for the smooth functioning of the business.

3. Responsible for shipping/receiving of fuel supplies.

4. Adhere to company-provided training on Fuel delivery trucks.

5. Taking responsibility for driving fuel trucks and forklifts and training others on the delivery of the fuel.

6. Fueling aircraft as needed.

7. Maintain fuel inventory/schedule (bulk and drummed).

8. Maintain bulk tank inspection schedule.

9. Superior customer service skills. Must maintain a positive attitude towards customers and staff within a fast-paced work environment.

10. Effective communication with customers, peers, management, and various groups of companies.

11. Quality control and safe management of fuel delivery, handling and storage, and general airport farm operations.

12. Operational ordering of bulk and drummed fuel for TFS location and customers.

13. Ability to problem solve and make a positive contribution to overall Company operations.

14. Creating SOPs/SWPs as required.

**Facility Coordinator (HangarCo)**:
1. Responsible for managing the assets that are owned, leased and subleased by Hangar Co tenants in Calgary. Properties, crew houses, vehicles, ground equipment (loaders/forklifts)

2. Liaise with Lessors on any leased equipment/properties.

3. Maintain schedules of leases for properties, crew houses, vehicles.

4. Maintain inventory of property and equipment located at all facilities including condition thereof.

5. Assist with sale of redundant assets.

6. Manage Hangar Co facilities for contractor deficiencies.

7. Other duties and projects assigned by supervisor and/or designate.

8. Participate in AOSH meetings and lead investigations related to property/vehicle/fuel in Calgary.

9. Assist with training under Health and Safety Manual.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Strong knowledge of business, and customer base.

2. Confident leader who is self-motivated, innovative and results orientated.

3. Ability to react positively and progressively to stressful situations is required.

4. Must be a self-starter who can organize complex issues into manageable unit.

5. Exceptional communication, organizational and time-management skills.

6. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a busy and flexible environment.

7. Effective problem solver thinking both creatively and analytically.

8. Maintains confidentiality on all matters, particularly those relating to personnel matters, company personnel and business strategy, client programs, processes, and plans.

9. Must be aware of and compliant with a wide variety of company safety processes and procedures.

10. Grade 12 education, post-secondary exposure

11. Minimum five years similar fields

12. Working knowledge and experience in Aviation

13. Valid driver’s license

14. Handyperson with a range of skills for basic building repairs and maintenance

16. Must possess high degree of cultural awareness, respect and sensitivity.

17. Must be flexible; able to demonstrate sound work ethics; be considerate and fair.

18. Must be committed to safety.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour
