About the company:
Diraction Center for Entrepreneurship seeks a dynamic Business Development

Executive to spearhead our Immigration Consultancy and Study Abroad divisions. This

pivotal role is designed for an ambitious professional who excels in creating and

nurturing partnerships, driving sales, and expanding our brand's reach in the complex

landscapes of immigration services and international education.

Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive at Diraction Canada will be the driving force

behind our strategic initiatives to enhance our settlement services and expand our Study Abroads global presence. You will be tasked with developing new

business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and establishing strong relationships

with educational institutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development for all Services: Drive the acquisition of new clients

and partners for our immigration-related sales, with specific targets.
- Educational Partnerships: Spearhead the expansion of our Study Abroad

division by securing and managing direct agency agreements with universities

globally, with clear targets for new partnerships and student recruitment

numbers.
- Strategic Engagement: Lead in public speaking engagement representing our

brand, partnerships, seminars, and public relations activities to promote Breeo

Global's services, achieving set targets for engagement and lead generation.
- Market Expansion: Conduct national and international travels to develop

business relationships, attend recruitment activities, and engage with potential

clients and partners, meeting or exceeding travel activity and partnership

development targets.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly monitor, report, and adjust business

development strategies to meet and exceed strategic goals, financial targets, and

specific KPIs for both all business sectors within the company.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and business development targets within

the relevant services and/or international education sectors.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, adept at building and

maintaining strategic client relationships.
- Highly independent, strategic thinker with a robust capacity for managing multiple

projects and adapting to evolving market needs.
- Passionate about making a tangible impact in the lives of individuals and families

navigating settlement and education pathways.

Qualifications:

- University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, bolstered by

significant success in settlement services sales, education recruitment, or a

similar industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and adept at leveraging technology for

business success.
- Valid passport with the willingness and ability to travel as required.
