**Your Opportunity**:
The South Health Campus is an innovative concept that is more than a “hospital.” It is built in a campus environment and includes inpatient, outpatient, and wellness services, as well as prevention, public health education and learning opportunities for community members. Under the direction of the management team this position is responsible for ensuring that the business of staffing, scheduling, payroll and other clerical duties for the Respiratory and Pulmonary Function Departments is completed in a timely and organized manner. Responsibilities: Ensure the departments are appropriately staffed, in collaboration with ESP, Collaborate with the management team in the planning, implementation and evaluation of time-off and vacation requests, Manage the payroll, Analyze staffing / scheduling patterns to determine if changes to rotation / work-plan should be recommended to the management team, Analyze employee reports, and identify potential problems that may need the management team’s follow up (i.e. excessive / patterns of sick time), Initiates activities in e-people / RMS (including postings, documentation) at the direction of the management team, Arrange meetings for the Manager and take minutes when required.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
