The Event Production Coordinator supports the coordination and creative execution of onsite events and productions for our diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with 3 years of account management in event marketing or related field
- EXCEPTIONAL communication and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently, independently and as part of a team
- Skilled with presentation softwares like Powerpoint, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong knowledge of marketing trends and strategies
- Internal drive to exceed targets and expectations
- Willingness to travel to attend meetings, events and clients
- Valid driver license with clean drivers abstract

This role is responsible for:

- This is exclusively an in-office role (101 Portland Street, Etobicoke, ON), Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm reporting to senior management, with some evenings/weekends required as event productions may require.
- Developing and collaborating with senior management to create compelling proposals and presentations
- Meeting with project teams/clients to plan and review unique event production needs
- Managing asset builds, designs and print for event developments
- Developing partnerships, vendors, and supplier relationships
- Quoting, sourcing and creation of presentation decks/materials
- Developing/planning logistics, schedules and production plans
- Researching innovative approaches to event enhancements
- Managing event budgets and tracking of expenses for budget controls
- On-site staff and brand activation management

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
