Arcadis’ Vancouver office is seeking a Growth Coordinator to join the Canada West Regional Commercial Enablement Team, focusing on business development and sales initiatives. This role will support efforts nationally with a primary focus in the Canada West Region in our Architecture and Urbanism Division. The position of Growth Coordinator at Arcadis and within the Commercial Enablement team is an important role in providing professional service marketing support to key members in the region directly responsible for business development and revenue generation.

This role will be based in Arcadis Vancouver, Canada office

**Role accountabilities**:

- Build strong professional relationships with project managers.
- Develop content for website, brochures, case studies, blogs and other relevant marketing material in collaboration with technical staff, global marketing and firmwide communications teams to highlight Vancouver and Western Canada projects.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld.
- Conduct market research on upcoming awards and project manage submissions.
- Track and coordinate project photography.
- Plan and organize in-office events and conferences.
- Track marketing content and maintain content library (marketing collateral, brochures, resumes, project descriptions, firm profiles etc.)
- Create marketing presentations for technical teams, including client interviews, speaking engagements and client work sessions.
- Prepare internal communications including weekly newsletter.
- Work routinely with practice leads to support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Edit proposals for quality assurance.
- Ensure agreed upon deliverables meet time and quality standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting other members in achieving business objectives.
- Contribute to the organization by sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Support the implementation of digital tools, ensuring information is updated and accurate

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 1-2 years in a marketing role
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Communications or other relevant discipline
- Exceptional client service
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills (technical/proposal writing would be assets)
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of business personnel.
- Flexibility to change priorities as needed, and successfully meet multiple project deadlines.
- Ability to manage project assignments from start to finish with mínimal oversight
- Attention on detail and accuracy.
- Professionalism and composure in stressful situations
- The desire to continually learn and grow.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (would be an asset)
