Vital to the success of every project is our solid core of long-service, skilled employees, familiar with a wide variety of welding methods & types of metals. Due to strong growth in our business, PCW is looking for a Inside Sales Rep who is passionate about working with our team.

**Summary of Opportunity**

As an Inside Sales Rep at Precision Custom Welding, you will generate and qualify leads, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Additional duties include handling front desk operations, assisting customers, and providing administrative support across departments. Key responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction, accurate sales pipeline management, and effective communication.

**Reporting to the President, your Success Profile**:

- Fosters an enthusiastic, creative, “can-do” attitude and shares the responsibility for the Company and overall success in reaching its goals
- Works in a pre-planned and efficient manner to ensure all tasks are being completed within the allotted time frame
- Create SOP’s for effective and efficient work patterns
- Takes ownership & nurtures customer relationships to build long-term partnerships by:

- Welcoming and assist customers, addressing inquiries & directly them appropriately
- Ensures change orders (extras) are recorded, received and invoiced
- Ensures a High Quality Standard - 100% client satisfaction rating resulting in obtaining 5-star Google Reviews
- Providing follow up calls and ensuring clients are super pleased with products and services.
- Proactively anticipating problems and suggest solutions to avoid client complaints
- Takes responsibility in staying informed about the company’s products & services to effectively promote them

**About you**
- **Sales Experience**: Proven 5+ years experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably within the welding or metal supply industry.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of welding processes, metal types, and fabrication techniques.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective customer interaction.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to address customer needs and solve issues efficiently.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **Educational Background**: Relevant degree/diploma in sales, business or a related field

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- Welding & Metal fabrication: 5 years (preferred)
