Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

**Duties**:

- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct on-site visits to perform water sampling, analyze water quality, and provide technical guidance and support on product selection and implementation.
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer data
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
