En tant qu’Hunter, vous relèverez de la Senior VP Sales basée à Montréal et vous serez responsable de développer de nouvelles affaires au sein du territoire dédié.
**En tant qu’Hunter votre quotidien ressemblera à cela**:
- Identifier les prospects, les nouvelles opportunités et les convertir en nouvelles affaires ;
- Co-concevoir des plans stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux;
- Définir la stratégie de compte avec le client en mettant en évidence les nouveaux axes de croissance, de rentabilité et de satisfaction client ;
- Négocier les accords commerciaux et accompagner les experts souscripteurs dans la stratégie tarifaire ;
- Coordonner la mise en place de nouvelles transactions en partenariat avec les chefs de projet ;
- Maintenir en permanence une connaissance approfondie du marché du secteur pour identifier les opportunités d'affaires ;
- Participer aux salons professionnels, événements et séminaires d'associations applicables ;
- D'autres tâches peuvent être assignées pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
**Ce poste est fait pour vous si vous**:
- Détenez une expérience de vente B2B réussie, atteignant régulièrement les quotas;
- Avez une personnalité dynamique avec un sens de l'urgence, une forte orientation vers les objectifs, une motivation personnelle (état d'esprit entrepreneurial);
- Détenez une expérience préalable dans la négociation et la conclusion d'accords de vente au niveau de la direction;
- Avez une approche consultative : Leader des ventes vu comme un partenaire de confiance ;
- Avez le sens aigu des affaires avec la capacité d'influencer et de négocier;
- Êtes à l'aise de travailler de manière autonome qu'en équipe;
- Détenez une expérience sur le marché de l'assistance souhaitée - Expérience en banque ou assurance un atout;
- Détenez un Baccalauréat en affaires ou dans un domaine connexe - un atout;
- Êtes bilingue en anglais et français;
- Maîtrisez des produits MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
- 3 semaines de vacances par an
