**Your responsibilities would include the following**:

- Nurture sales of our i24 services to our francophone clientele using inbound, qualified leads and direct new sales solicitation.
- Cross and upsell additional services to existing customers to improve their service..
- Market research on competitors as well as existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the creation of sales and marketing materials.
- Act as a liaison between customers and employee touchpoints.
- Work with the Sales Director to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Collaborate with our anglophone Sales Ninja to optimise sales strategies

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and

English
- Have a CEGEP, DEC or Bachelor's degree
- Have at least 3+ years of direct sales experience in the B2B market with demonstrated success in solution sales
- Hold excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have demonstrated an aptitude for problem-solving - the ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
- You’re results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Hold a valid Driver's License
