FPM Marketing & Design Inc. (FPM3) is a boutique sales and marketing agency that specializes in eCommerce brand development within highly regulated industries with locations in Vancouver, the GTHA, and expanding into the Greater Montreal Area.

**Job description**:
Are you a highly motivated self-starter who loves to engage in learning about all functional parts of eCommerce? If you enjoy seeing your work create direct monetary impact, this is the perfect role for you.
As an eCommerce Marketing Junior, you will work with our team across a portfolio of high-growth eCommerce brands. We set big goals for our eCommerce clients within the regulated consumer products market, and work within a fast-paced atmosphere that nurtures growth and celebrates results.
**Location**: Greater Vancouver Area
**Hours/Days**: 9AM to 5PM; Monday to Friday
**Start Date**: Immediately

With daily tasks and revenue goals at your forefront, you will proactively seek out opportunities, deliver daily KPI’s and work towards your individual and team sales goals. An hourly rate and a bonus structure will be provided - it is as simple as it sounds: the more you sell, the more you earn.
Your responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and the creative team to merchandise and execute front-end webstore changes
- Uphold the brand and tonality of each Client and ensure all outbound communication and visuals are in alignment
- Analyze, report, and execute on insights and learnings to augment business outcomes and continuously improve campaigns
- Identify and execute on opportunities to boost customer sign-ups, purchases, and on-site engagement
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to create Omnichannel experiences to increase customer adoption, loyalty, and referrals
- Create Blog articles from keywords to optimize the client’s organic traffic
- Support in creating and launching marketing initiatives
- Other tasks as required

**Additional skills and aptitude**:
- Web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JSS)
- Experience with website builders (Elementor, Swift, Divi)
- Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce is an asset
- Understanding user experience, user interface design, and general web functionality is an asset
- A post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Hourly rate + competitive commission

**Location**
You will work alongside our marketing team in beautiful Vancouver in the heart of Yaletown to drive eCommerce sales for regulated products. You will be an integral part of the Marketing team in creating business and learning outcomes for our clients and yourself on a day-to-day basis.
