Position Overview:
As our Business Development and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients. You will collaborate with our team to identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and contribute to the expansion of our customer base. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the success of a groundbreaking startup in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare sector, including physicians, specialists, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Present our compounding services and solutions to clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$102,640.98 per year
