Sales Development Specialist

**Basic Function**:
Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc., an HF Sinclair company is looking for a Sales Enablement Advisor. The Advisor supports the HF Sinclair Lubricants & Specialties division, in the areas of Sales Enablement and Lead Generation. This position is responsible for execution and nurturing of lead generation strategies and best practice so that sufficient high quality leads are continuously identified to enable the continued growth of Lubricants Sales. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Communications the position is responsible for managing day to day marketing activities which are geared towards financial objectives.
**Job Duties**:
- Work with Segment Marketing Managers to develop integrated demand generation campaigns to drive sales leads
- Use marketing automation tool, Pardot, to build campaigns and ensure data capture on the CRM tool
- Coordinate and develop plans in conjunction with Marketing initiatives to target the business segments in geographies which aligns with priorities and strategy
- Advise assigned Segment Marketing, Regional Marketing and Marketing Operations Specialists lead generation best practice
- Creation of customer sales tools, forms and templates
- Automate processes & assist with other process improvement sales and marketing projects.
- Support Marketing Programs Manager in developing KPIs/metrics and creating reporting dashboards
- Works to strategy for the business development process which support the acceleration of sales growth for Lubricants sales force
- Leads research into key market segments, implementing processes to leverage global sales opportunities as well and integrated business opportunities across the global geographies
- Responsible to develop digital and non-digital campaigns to assist in Lead Generation (and qualification) for our sales teams, including agreeing of criteria for sales leads and marketing campaigns
- Responsible for leveraging best lead generation tools and approaches, producing high quality leads and executing globally to accelerate business gains
- Executes Marketing Automation tactics and execution for key segments, and assisting regional resources in key markets
- Managing information from internal departments and external contacts (i.e. trade shows, CSR's, Sales reps, Tech services)
- Leads Vendor Management Solutions
- Identify potential target accounts in selected target segments by producing lead lists, screening & executing the qualifying process. Focused on improving 80:20 ration (20% of customer generate 80% revenue)
- Creation of Customer Sales Tools, forms and Templates
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion
**Experience**:
- 5+ years of marketing and/or sales experience managing and working with agencies
- Marketing Communications background
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills including Building database trackers to include detailed formulas
- Previous experience of both understanding and executing business strategy
- CRM and Marketing Automation experience (SalesForce/Pardot)
- Developing and implementing enterprise level Lead Generation programs and governance is preferred
- Knowledge of the lubricants and/or specialty products businesses and product lines and the markets we serve is an asset
- Sales or Sales Support experience is an asset
**Education Level**:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, preferably with a concentration in marketing, strategy or technology

- Excellent Project management skills - must be able to work to a strict timeline for all projects and stakeholder engagement
- Customer focused - must help ensure/provide excellent service to both external (B2B/B2C customers) and internal customers (Business Owners) and be able to meet their needs
- Strategic skills - must understand strategy and how it is used to deliver business results
- Excellent communication skills - imperative to manage Business Stakeholders
- Relationship building skills - ability to build relationships across the business that aid in positively impacting business priorities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
- Customer focused - ensure programs provide an excellent customer experience for external (B2B/B2C) customers and deliver on internal customer (business owner) requirements
- Have a solid understanding of digital/web marketing, social media marketing, and integrated multi-media advertising methods and strategies
- Strong understanding and track record in using CRM and marketing Automation
- Marketing automation - Must be confident in running lead generation marketing automation campaigns
- Good Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills including Building database trackers to include detailed formulas
